The 70th Annual Meeting of the AACTM ( (Alabama Association of College Teachers of Mathematics) will be held Saturday, February 15, 2020, at University of South Alabama, Mobile, AL.
The MAA Alabama State Dinner will take place the night before, Friday, February 14, 2020 at 6:30pm.

AACTM General Information:
- The 2020 Lewis Parker Lecture will be given by Dr. Dan Silver of University of South Alabama. The title is “A Colorful Approach to Knot Theory”.
- Registration will begin at 8:15 am, with talks scheduled to begin a 9:00 am. This will take place on the University of South Alabama’s campus, with the definite location TBA.
- The $15 fee for registration will be collected at the meeting and will include a lunch ticket to the dining facility.
- Students may attend for free. Should they choose to have lunch at the dining facility, they may purchase lunch tickets for $7.
- The day will end with a brief bussiness meeting.
Abstracts: If you are interested in giving a 15 minute talk on mathematical research, pedagogy, or recreational mathematics, please submit a title and an abstract to Dr. Frank Patane of Samford University at fpatane@samford.edu . The submission deadline is Friday, February 7th.
